Onboarding
We invite every new joiner to a two-day Welcome@AXAIM event to help them to learn about our business, culture and values, through interactive sessions and discussions with colleagues, business heads and Management Board members.
Mobility and career path
By encouraging various forms of mobility, from promotions and function changes, to entity transfers and temporary assignments, we foster skills development. Our people are encouraged to collaborate with their manager on an annual development plan, blending learning and business actions to enhance strengths, gain new competencies, and expedite growth.

The ability to give and receive constructive feedback is an essential part of career grow. We encourage all employees to have regular discussions with managers and peers. We also use tools like 360 degree reviews and executive assessments, along with individual and group coaching, and mentoring to help support career development.
