AXA IM appoints Head of Global Consultant Relations

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) today announces the appointment of Manisha Patel as Head of Global Consultant Relations. Manisha will be responsible for identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with global consultants and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs. Manisha reports to John Stainsby, Head of UK Client Group at AXA IM.
Manisha joined AXA IM in 2004 to help support the sales team in the Middle-East spending time in London and Qatar. She joined the Consultant Relations team in 2010 and was most recently Head of UK Consultant Relations, a role she held for three years. Before joining AXA IM, she worked at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation as an equity researcher.
Commenting on the appointment, John Stainsby, Head of UK Client Group said: “Manisha’s experience at AXA IM over the last thirteen years means she is perfectly positioned to step up to this role. Her deep knowledge and strength of relationships with consultants as well as her international experience will help maintain our momentum and further develop our footprint in the institutional market. Manisha’s technical knowledge has enabled her, together with investment teams, to develop solutions to meet the needs of our clients and consultant’s clients, such as our integrated de-risking and cash flow delivery solutions.”

About Manisha Patel
Manisha’s appointment was effective as of 1st July 2017. Manisha joined AXA IM in 2004 as sales support for our Middle-Eastern team in London, before spending four years in Qatar within the Middle East Client Group team. She has been a member of the Consultant Relations team since 2010 and was most recently Head of UK Consultant Relations. Before joining AXA IM, she worked at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation as an equity researcher.
