Head of Research
Laurent joined AXA IM in August 2015 as International Economist, then as Head of Macroeconomic Research. Since February 2019, he is heading AXA IM Research team, gathering euro credit analysts, macroeconomists and strategists
Prior to AXA IM, he worked for two years at the French Statistical Institute (Insee) as the Head of the Forecasting Unit. Previously, Laurent spent three years at the French Embassy in Stockholm, where he covered the Nordic economies as financial advisor to the French Treasury. Earlier in his career, he also worked for the French Ministry for the Budget and the French Statistical Institute.
Laurent, graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, holds an MSc in economics from Paris School of Economics, Statistics and Finance (ENSAE Paris Tech).
