What type of roles do we offer?
Work Placement / Internship
Our work placements will give you an insight into our organisation and industry and provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and develop new business skills. You'll have your own set of responsibilities and work alongside colleagues who will help you get the most out of your time with us.
Work placements are usually 6-12 months in duration in most functional areas, primarily in our Paris and London office.
Graduate Positions & VIE
We recruit recent graduates throughout the year into most areas of our business. Your role will be defined based on the priorities and activities of your team and will evolve over time as you gain more skills, experience and confidence.
What is a VIE at AXA IM?
At AXA IM, we offer VIE opportunities in a wide variety of fields such as Sales, Finance, Technology, support functions etc. Last year, we recruited 35 VIEs in Europe, Asia and the United States but this figure is constantly increasing. When recruiting, advantage is usually given to final year interns or young graduates.
The VIE (international intern in a company) carries out their mission in an overseas company, excluding France, during a period of between 12 to 24 months.
Business France is the managing body of the VIEs, responsible for the formalities between the VIE and AXA IM.
During the contract, the VIE will receive a fixed compensation from Business France and a housing allowance from AXA IM.

- Aged under 29 years old
- Not being taxed in the host country

How do we recruit?
We use a variety of methods to recruit students and graduates including participating in on-campus recruitment activities, posting opportunities on job boards and our corporate website, and liaising with Career Services representatives.
Our selection process requires candidates to meet with the hiring manager, a representative from Human Resources, and members of the team in which they will be working. You may be asked to undertake a test to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in a particular area.
