Corporate and social responsibility
We believe that responsibility is a key driver of value-creation. Our aim is to put responsibility at the heart of our culture.
We are committed to becoming a leader in Responsible and Impact Investment (RI) and to supporting sustainable financial markets.
Embedded in our offer
Our RI approach not only includes specialist products, but also aims to integrate non financial criteria into all of our investment approaches.
Part of our corporate culture
We fully support diversity and inclusion. Our approach relies on a workplace that empowers and engages staff, encourages learning and development and supports employee wellbeing.
We are a member of the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism, which is a global effort dedicated to promoting and encouraging greater corporate and social responsibility.
We also dedicate time and resources to help those most in need in our local communities, via programmes such as ‘AXA Hearts in Action’.
Joseph Pinto - Global Chief Operating Officer
At AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM), we commit to managing our business responsibly and believe that it is part of our duty to bring a valuable contribution to the development of the community. Our conviction is that the best way for us to do so is to share with it two of our key assets: the talents of our people and our expertise.
AXA Hearts in Action
Through AXA Hearts in Action, we encourage our employees to dedicate some of their time and know-how to charitable organizations focusing on education and social integration. We support their commitment by granting them time and financial means and by offering them the possibility to use AXA IM's structure and resources. Our employees are currently engaged in long-term partnerships with 17 organizations based in 10 countries.
Our AXA Hearts in Action programme reaches a climax once a year with the AXA IM Challenge week during which employees from all our main offices organise events for the benefit of the vulnerable children and adults helped by our charitable partners.
