How did you come to work at AXA IM?
I first joined AXA IM in February 2011 as an intern working for the Corporate & Brand Marketing team in Paris. After completing my Masters degree in Management at the Skema Business School in Paris, I returned in January 2013 working with the UK Wholesale Client Marketing team in the London office. In July 2013, I switched to working with the UK Institutional Client Marketing team, which was a great opportunity to discover the other side of the business.
What do you currently do?
The UK Institutional Client Marketing team collaborates with the broader Distribution team to develop and implement the marketing strategy. I work closely with the Institutional Business Development, Consultant Relations, PR, Client Relationship and expertises teams to deliver bespoke promotional campaigns. We build campaigns by organising and attending events, producing and coordinating marketing literature, as well as creating awareness on external websites and social networks. One of the most favourite parts of my job is dealing with a great variety of people in the business and working on new projects.
What do you like most about working for AXA IM?
I really like the fact that people operate a true open-door policy throughout the company and across the countries. So the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and there is a strong team spirit. AXA IM is truly global and it offers a wide range of career development and mobility opportunities.
