Christine Armstrong explores the challenges for working families
Whether you’re caring for elderly relatives, are a single parent, or have personal commitments that require flexibility, we all need a work culture that supports us. At AXA IM, we are committed to creating a a healthy balance between professional and personal life for our people, and supporting working families is core to achieving this.
We held an open focus group led by Christine Armstrong, author of ‘The Mother of all Jobs’, with seven of our colleagues from across our business to lift the lid on their journey as ‘working families’. In this video, we have captured moments from the session that describe the challenges working families have had to overcome, their career mindset today, and how they see things changing in the future.
