Die Geschäftsführung der AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH hat am 25. August 2010 beschlossen, die Aussetzung der Rücknahme der Anteilscheine an dem Immobilien-Sondervermögen AXA Immosolutions (ISIN: DE000A0J3GM1) gemäß § 81 InvG in Verbindung mit § 12 Absatz 5 der Allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen über den 25. August 2010 hinaus zu verlängern. Die Anteilscheinrücknahme bleibt ausgesetzt, bis die Mittel zur Anteilscheinrücknahme und zur ordnungsgemäßen Bewirtschaftung ausreichen, längstens jedoch ein Jahr nach Beginn der Aussetzung der Anteilscheinrücknahme, mithin bis zum 25. Mai 2011, vorbehaltlich einer weiteren Verlängerung.

Über die Wiederaufnahme der Anteilscheinrücknahme werden wir Sie selbstverständlich rechtzeitig informieren.

On August 25^th, 2010 the Management Board of AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH resolved to extend the suspension of redemption of units in the real estate fund AXA Immosolutions (ISIN: DE000A0J3GM1) beyond August 25^th, 2010, according to section 81 of the German Investment Act in conjunction with section 12 paragraph 5 of the fund rules. The redemption of units remains suspended until funds are sufficient for the redemption of units and a proper continuous management but at the latest one year after beginning of the suspension of the redemption of units (i.e. until May 25^th, 2011) with reservation of a further extension of suspension.

We will inform you, of course, about the resumption of the redemption of units.

EFAMA created a Portal on the 28th of June 2010 to provide a central sharing point to all existing Fund Processing Passports (FPPs).

The existing FPPs will be made available by fund managers, national associations and the so-called FPP Primary Providers, i.e. Finesti, France FPP (AFG), FundConnect, KNEIP, OeKB and WM Datenservice, with whom fund managers have a contractual arrangement for the distribution, and possibly the distribution, of their FPPs.

The FPP is not intended to replace the simplified prospectus on which investors base their investment choice.
