Employee development is at the heart of our human resources policy. Our goal is to encourage people to take ownership of their development and in so doing bring further value to our organisation and clients.

 

A structure has been put in place to allow our staff to plan their careers. A range of training courses on both technical and personal skills are available to all members of staff, at every level of the organisation, and every stage in their career. 

 

Personal development

We have put in place specific training on leadership and management issues inherent to AXA IM. In fact, over 50% of our annual training budget is devoted to personal development.


 

Mobility

We encourage both functional and geographic mobility.  Senior managers in each business collectively identify talented members of staff and discuss how to encourage their individual development. Best practice and lessons learned are shared throughout the organisation.
