This Personal Data Statement will provide you with information on how your personal data will be handled for the purposes of processing your job application.

You are just about to send us personal information in support of your request to be considered for employment by AXA Investment Managers. 

This information will be treated confidentially by AXA Investment Managers in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only be used for the purposes of processing your application for employment by AXA Investment Managers.

By completing the job application process, you authorise AXA Investment Managers to retain the information you provide to us on our database.  Our database is hosted by a third party contractor outside the European Community which has agreed to apply the same standards of security as AXA Investment Managers.   

You have the right to access and rectify your personal information and may do so through your on-line account or by contacting us at mydata@axa-im.com.  You have the right to ask AXA Investment Managers to delete your information by contacting us at mydata@axa-im.com.
