We collect information about your electronic device type when you visit our website, this information may include your Company Internet Protocol (IP) address range, domain name, browser type, date and time of your visit and information provided by tracking technologies, such as cookies. 

AXA IM, as data controller, undertakes that the collection and handling of this Data for information or external communication purposes shall comply with legal and regulatory provisions.

All the Data collected will be processed confidentially by AXA IM in accordance with applicable laws and regulations by:

To ensure that personal data is protected, European Model Clauses and Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) are used in all agreements with AXA entities located outside the European Economic Area.
