Graduate jobs are available in most business areas and geographical locations. We offer financial support to graduates who relocate internationally at our request.

How do we recruit?

We advertise our graduate roles through jobfairs, on-campus presentations, job boards and by liaising with Career Services representatives.

Our selection process consists primarily of face-to-face interviews with AXA IM representatives.  For some roles you may be asked to demonstrate numeracy and verbal skills.
