Our CORE behaviours

The CORE behaviours are an intrinsic part of our culture at AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) and integral to our philosophy. Our CORE behaviours provide a framework for our organisational objectives and define our corporate culture. CORE consists of four key attributes that we believe are fundamental to our working behaviour.
 

Collegial: work individually and collectively with our colleagues, clients and broader stakeholders to build trust-based relationships with each other to help achieve our common objectives.

Ownership: take responsibility for acting reliably in any organisational initiative or project, regardless of contribution or role.

Respect: recognise the interests and expectations of both our internal and external stakeholders, enabling us to deliver our organisational objective of investment performance.

Entrepreneurial: act decisively to maximise any opportunities that create value for our clients, whilst demonstrating a collegial, reliable and respectful mindset.

Our CORE behaviours are key to developing a shared mindset based on innovation, empowerment and accountability. This helps us to build trust-based relationships with each other, which are fundamental in working to achieve our client's objectives.
