Bertrand Poupart-Lafarge

Bertrand was appointed Deputy CEO of AXA France Vie and AXA France IARD in February 2022, and has been Chief Financial Officer of AXA France since January 2019.

Bertrand Poupart-Lafarge has also been Director of AXA Banque since December 2019, of AXA XL Underwriting Agencies Limited and AXA XL Insurance Company UK Limited since November 2019 and of AXA Partners Holding since October 2023.

Prior to these appointments, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AXA UK & Ireland from September 2013 to December 2018 and as Interim CEO of AXA UK and Ireland from April 2018 to September 2018.

Before joining AXA UK & Ireland, Bertrand served as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer at AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company from September 2011 to September 2012.

From April 2010 to September 2011, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AXA Canada from April 2010 to September 2011.

Between 2006 and 2010, he held several position in the financial department of AXA France, serving as Chief Investment Officer from July 2003 to September 2007 and as Head of Accounting, Tax, Middle Office and Treasury from October 2007 to March 2010.
